Bischer - Management Team



	Greg Bischer President and CEO Greg Bischer has been in the Information Technology (IT) field since 1991, where his first job was to replace typewriters with personal computers. From basic PC installations in the early 90’s to designing and building today’s state-of-the-art corporate networks, Greg has been part of the leading edge of IT technology from the start. Greg has blended the best practices and lessons he learned from developing IT solutions at organizations including the Taubman Companies and Plante and Moran to create Bischer Technologies. His passion is to help small-to-medium size businesses utilize technology as a differentiator, not an inhibitor.



	Tierre T. Neal Director of Engineering / Partner Mr. Neal has over 12 years of Information Technology Support and Project Management experience. His responsibilities include the day to day operations within the support desk and engineering teams; effectively managing both the incident and pro-active management departments. Prior to joining Bischer Technologies, Tierre spent the first 8 years of his career working within large corporate IT infrastructures. He has been with Bischer Technologies since the beginning and has assisted Greg Bischer with laying the proper foundation to provide world class customer service.



	Nicholas A. Richardson Director, Business Intelligence Nicholas Richardson has 6 years of technical experience ranging from technician, to programmer, to incident management team lead throughout multiple organizations. Richardson joined Bischer Technologies to help bring value added experience to all companies that the Bischer technologies team supports through managing implementation of leading edge business technology resources. Before joining the Bischer technologies team Nicholas experienced software development as part of the backend graphics pipeline development team at Speedshape Inc., managed services as incident management team lead for one of the top 50 managed services companies in the nation, and finally enterprise level support through the South Lyon Community Schools.



	Gary Lusk Director of New Business Development Gary Lusk has spent the last 20 years providing exceptional support to his clients in small to medium businesses related to technology and marketing. Over those years he discovered that the issues facing business crosses most verticals-grow and exceptional support of clients. "I have explored and utilized many types of technology to help address these issues with my clients and have never come across a more powerful platform than what we offer at Bischer Technologies.
